Coating Business

Within solar panel maintenance operations, module AS (Anti-Soiling) and AR (Anti-Reflective) coatings enhance solar panel performance and contribute to reducing maintenance costs.

– Contributing to the effective implementation of sustainable energy solutions.

1.  AR (Anti-Reflective)) Coating
  • AR coating is a coating applied to the glass surface of solar panels, reducing the glass's tendency to reflect sunlight.
  • The coating forms a fine optical structure on the glass surface to minimize light reflection and maximize the amount of light the panel can absorb.
  • As a result, the overall efficiency of the solar panels improves, converting the generated direct current (DC) electricity into alternating current (AC) electricity. This AC electricity is identical to household electricity and can be supplied to the power grid for use in ordinary homes or businesses.
2.  AS (Anti-soiling) Coating
  • AS coating is a coating that helps reduce contamination of solar panels caused by dust or other pollutants.
  • The coating imparts an anti-static property to the panel surface, preventing dust or small particles from adhering to the panel surface and reducing deposition phenomena.
  • The cleanliness of the panels is maintained, reducing the need for regular cleaning and ensuring sustainable power generation efficiency.
3.  Importance and Effects of Coating
  •  Efficiency Enhancement: AR coating improves panel power generation efficiency by increasing solar light absorption.
  • Reduced maintenance costs: With less cleaning and maintenance required, operating costs can be reduced.
  •  Extended Lifespan: By reducing damage and contamination on the panel surface, the lifespan of solar panels can be extended.
