Coating Business
As part of our solar panel maintenance services, we apply anti-soiling (AS) and anti-reflective (AR) coatings to solar panels, thereby enhancing their performance and helping to reduce maintenance costs.
– Contributing to the effective implementation of sustainable energy solutions.
1. AR (Anti-Reflective) Coating
- AR coating is a coating applied to the glass surface of solar panels that reduces the amount of sunlight reflected by the glass.
- The coating forms a microscopic optical structure on the glass surface, minimizing light reflection and maximizing the amount of light the panel can absorb.
- As a result, the direct current (DC) electricity generated by the solar panels is converted into alternating current (AC), which improves the overall efficiency of the system. This AC electricity is the same as that used in homes and can be fed into the power grid for use in residential homes or businesses.
2. AS (Pollution Prevention) Coating
- AS coating is a coating that helps solar panels reduce contamination from dust and other pollutants.
- The coating imparts anti-static properties to the panel surface, thereby reducing the deposition of dust and small particles on the panel surface.
- The panels remain clean, reducing the need for regular cleaning and helping to maintain power generation efficiency.
3. The Importance and Benefits of Coating
- Improved Efficiency: AR coatings improve the panel's power generation efficiency by increasing solar absorption.
- Reduced Maintenance Costs: Since less cleaning and maintenance are required, operating costs can be reduced.
- Extended Lifespan: By reducing damage and contamination on the panel surface, the lifespan of solar panels can be extended.
